How do I send a high-five?

Open the UpTop app and tap the center "High Five" scanner button on the bottom navigation bar. You can either scan a coworker's personal QR code or tap their phone if NFC is enabled. Once scanned, you can add a note and assign points!

How do I reset my password?

If you've forgotten your password, open the app and tap "Forgot Password?" on the login screen. Enter your registered email address, and we will send you a secure link to reset it.

How are leaderboard rankings calculated?

Leaderboard rankings are based on the total number of points you've received during the current organizational cycle. Keep participating, earning multipliers, and maintaining your streak to climb to the top.

How do I join my company's organization?

Your company's UpTop administrator will send you an invite link or an organizational code. You can enter this code during your initial onboarding to link your account to your team.
